Aleksej Schön, 53, Executive MBA, is an experienced and innovative managing director who has been shaping the real estate sector since 2021 through his expertise in 3D laser digitization, surveying, and marketing services.
Between 2019 and 2021, he worked as a consultant for a real estate investor (HVO), where he built out services for surveying, investment research, marketing, and tech innovation – managing over 40,000 m² of residential and retail space.
He has personally completed over 200 scanning projects, covering 150,000 m² of interiors, more than half of them in Asia. Since 2022, Aleksej has been a certified drone pilot (A1, A3, A2, STS).
His focus: accuracy, automation, and immersive visual solutions for digital property management.

Martin Gräff combines engineering expertise with years of experience in technical project leadership.
He holds a Master of Engineering in Event Technology & Management, and a Bachelor’s degree in Music, Media, and Cultural Studies – a unique academic combination that brings together technical precision and creative sensibility.
As a key member of Meta Venues, Martin oversees the coordination and optimization of digital surveying workflows.
His analytical skills and project leadership ensure both technical excellence and reliable client results.
