Terms & Conditions

1 Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all contracts, deliveries and services provided by CON Productions GmbH (“Meta Venues”), Krossener Str. 23, 12045 Berlin, Germany, Managing Director Aleksej Schön (hereinafter “we”). Deviating terms require written approval.

2 Conclusion of Contract

1. Our offers are non-binding.
2. By placing an order, the client submits a binding offer.
3. A contract is formed upon our written confirmation or commencement of performance.

3 Services

1. We render 3D scans, drone inspections, digital twins, BIM data processing and related marketing services in line with industry standards.
2. We may adapt services due to technical progress or legal changes.
3. Deadlines are binding only if expressly confirmed in writing.

4 Client Obligations

The client provides all information, access permits and flight permissions in good time. Delays caused by the client extend agreed deadlines accordingly.

5 Prices & Payment

1. Prices are net plus applicable VAT.
2. Invoices are due within 14 days without deduction.
3. Default interest is charged pursuant to § 288 BGB.

6 IP & Usage Rights

1. Deliverables remain our property until paid in full.
2. The client receives a non-transferable right to use the materials for the contractual purpose only.

7 Special Drone Service Conditions

1. Permissions & WeatherClient secures all flight permissions. Operations may be postponed due to adverse weather; no compensation claims.
2. IndemnityClient indemnifies us against claims arising from illegal flights or data processing.
3. Data ProtectionClient informs affected persons; we are not liable for missing notices.
4. Indoor & confined flightsClient ensures site safety (barriers, supervision).
5. Flight LogsFlights are logged per EASA/LuftVO; logs available upon request.

8 Acceptance

Digital deliverables are deemed accepted unless material defects are reported within 7 days.

9 Liability

1. Unlimited liability for intent and gross negligence.
2. For slight negligence, liability is limited to cardinal duties and injury to life, body or health.
3. All further liability is excluded.

10 Warranty

Defects must be reported in writing within 7 days; warranty period 12 months.

11 Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

Consumers may withdraw within 14 days.

12 Data Protection

Personal data is processed solely for contract fulfilment per GDPR. See our Privacy Policy.

13 Online Dispute Resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in consumer arbitration.

14 Final Provisions

German law applies; venue Berlin if client is merchant. If any clause is invalid, the remainder remains effective.
