Project Description – Digital Survey & Virtual Tour in Torgau
For a listed property in Torgau, Meta Venues delivered a precise digital survey and an immersive virtual 3D tour. The goal was to provide qualified planning data for an upcoming building permit procedure.
Using advanced Matterport Pro3 technology and supplementary scanning systems, the building was fully digitized. The spatial data was exported as an E57 point cloud and processed to generate:
- Site plans
- Floor plans
- Interior and exterior elevations
weiterverarbeitet.
The collected data enabled not only a realistic virtual walkthrough, but also served as the foundation for fast, accurate and approval-ready construction planning.
